EXCHANGES ONLY: A customer has 7-10 business days to exchange merchandise after receiving shipment. A damaged item can be replaced for no cost to the customer, if it was damaged during shipment. If this has occurred please contact the designer immediately. A photo of damaged merchandise is required.
One can also exchange merchandise for another item of equal or lesser price, as long as they are in the 7-10 business day window.
Damaged Item From Buyer's Use: some pieces are more fragile than others and should be worn with care. If a piece is broken/damaged while in your care, please contact the designer. Fees for fixing items may vary, depending on the extent of damage. A customer is responsible for shipping item back to the designer.
